Breaking a Sweat
I have been into sports for most of my life it is something I am very passionate about. In recent years I have been struggling with some back pain, I never had any health issues so having limited mobility was really wearing me down. Having a desk job wasn't helping the situation; in fact it was making it worse.
I visited a chiropractor for about a year, 2-3 times a week, but that wasn't helping me. My situation was affecting me mentally, so I've decided to see an orthopedic surgeon. After getting an MRI I was told that I have arthritis. As many of you probably know arthritis is not something you can cure, however, daily stretching and proper lower back exercises would help strengthen my lower back muscles which would provide my spine with the support that's required to prevent pain.
I am happy to report that after just few months of following the program (which I’ve designed) I am pain free. I am in the best shape of my life and I will continue to improve. After my experience I found new passion, I want to help people improve their lives by becoming a personal trainer. I recently began studying for ACSM, by this time next year I would like to be certified.

What is a good age to get married?
What is a good age to get married?
I am 31 and I often get asked why aren’t you married? I think that marriage is not what it used to be. People get married for all the wrong reasons, mostly because "its time". I can’t imagine being married just for the sake of being married. I am a romantic and I do want that love, lust, passion. I wouldn’t settle for anything less, does that make me naive? How do people commit to someone just because they think he will be a good provider, she will make a good mother? How can THAT be enough for someone? I can't believe that those types of marriages would last.
Times are different but our standards for marriages remain the same. Back in the day I find that youth matured a lot faster than they do today. Now-a-days by the time you finish college/university you are already in your mid 20’s you come out of school with a large debt and a pretty low paying job. Having a Bachelor’s degree is no longer enough to get a high paying job. Is it smart to start a family life when you are not financially stable?
I believe that today’s 30’s are yesterday’s 20’s and those who get married before the age of 30 are more likely to get a divorce. So for those single ladies in the 30’s, don’t get discourage your Mr. Right will find you and chances are you will be a lot happier with your marriage than the majority of those who got married in their 20’s.
